Kirah Knee (they/them) LMT

When I think about who I am as a massage therapist and why I love the work I do, I am often thinking about the ways in which accessing my body, my spirituality, and my queerness has transformed my life. For me these things are inextricably tied to each other, and I am passionate about creating space for other people to explore what healing looks like through that lens.

  • "Kirah has magic hands! I have chronic pain due to hypermobility and old injuries, and they have been more helpful than any other provider I have seen. They help relieve the acute pain, but they also help me learn about what the pain is trying to communicate, helping me get to the root of my issues. I've only been seeing them a little under 2 months, and they are already changing my quality of life."

  • "Kirah is amazing - they made me feel so comfortable and heard even before we began the appointment. Best massage I've had. I can't recommend them highly enough!"

  • "Kir is an incredible bodyworker. I'm a tattoo artist with plenty of bodily issues. During our sessions, Kir seamlessly combines their knowledge of the physical body while nurturing my spiritual body. They are trauma-informed, friendly, and funny, and I recommend them to everyone <3 :)"

  • "Kirah truly embodies what it means to be trauma informed in their practice. They described exactly what I should expect and answered my questions in our phone consultation so I wasn’t feeling any of the anxiety or nerves I expected to feel coming into the appointment."

  • “Kirah is hands down (no pun intended) the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I have multiple types of chronic pain and they approach all our sessions with care/compassion. Not to mention undoing major knots that have been there for years. Seriously, book them for your next massage.”

  • “I always feel safe and heard during my sessions with Kirah! They are communicative and skilled; if you're queer and in need of a massage, you should book with Kirah!”
