An hour and a half long session using relaxation based techniques, deep tissue, stretching, cupping, and craniosacral therapy tailored specifically to your needs. This session is ideal for full body massage, massage with a focus on tarot and astrology led energy work, or for focusing on numerous acute areas of pain or discomfort.

A 30 minute session focusing specifically on the head, neck, face, and chest using relaxation, deep tissue, and craniosacral techniques. This session is perfect for people who are looking for relief with headaches or migraines, people dealing with sinus pressure, people who have jaw pain or tightness, or folks looking for a “tune up” in this area between longer sessions. This would also be a great place to start for people who want to try out bodywork but do not want to receive touch on other parts of their body.

I am always open to providing education to other LMTs or bodywork professionals on trauma informed care, fat positive bodywork, and inclusion and celebration of queer and trans clients and the specific challenges those clients might face.
